Mauro J Girardo

Mauro Girardo, P.Eng., CPIM, has 19 years experience in manufacturing environments, including metal fabrication and assembly, plastic molding and assembly, and electrical assembly. He has been involved in all aspects of manufacturing from shop floor supervision, scheduling, maintenance and inventory; with a strong focus on process and productivity improvement.

Mauro has been a member of APICS and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) since 2001. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a BASc in Mechanical Engineering and he is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).

Daniel W Hui

Daniel Hui is currently Professor of Seneca College with the School of International Business and Management. He has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions in logistics and supply chain management. His professional background includes chemicals; consumer packaged goods and high tech industries plus consulting experience in SCM software solutions.

Daniel was appointed Adjunct Professor in Logistics and SCM of Beijing Wuzi University in  2012. He has presented papers in international conferences and delivered professional training to multinational companies in Americas and Asia. He served on the Toronto Chapter's board of director 1995 - 2003, and as VP Education  1999 -2001.

Daniel holds an MBA degree and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Daniel is an active instructor with the Toronto Chapter since 1995, and is an APICS Recognized instructor in the following programs:

  • CSCP (Master)
  • CPIM (Lead)
  • CLTD (Associate)

Anil Mislankar

Anil has been an APICS member since 2001 and CPIM certified. His immediate past position was a Global Process Architect in Supply Chain Management at Celestica Inc.

Anil holds Ph.D. in Chemistry  from University of Windsor and has several years of Research and Teaching experience in Chemistry and Pulp and Paper Science. He has over dozen papers published in refereed journals.

Anil has been an active APICS member and works hard to provide quality PDM events to the members.

Marrick McDonald

Marrick McDonald has held a professional membership with APICS since 2011 and achieved his Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation in January of 2013.

Currently the Director of Finance and Administration on the Toronto Chapter Board of Directors, he has held various positions in other board portfolios over the past several years. Adding to his active participation in the APICS community, Marrick has chosen to pursue formal instructing and is currently an Associate Instructor. In this pursuit Marrick brings with him over a decade of facilitating on job skill-based training as well as formal coaching and mentoring. In addition he offers in the classroom his vast experience of real life operations, people and change management.

Branko Tosic

Branko Tosic has over 30 years experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management.

His expertise is in process improvements using state of the art information systems.

Branko has consulted companies in various industries including: - automotives, electronics, food processing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and warehousing. His clients range from small and medium enterprises to very large companies operating across North America, and Europe.

Branko is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Logistics, Transportation and Distriubtion (CLTD).

He has been a volunteer and instructor with APICS Toronto Chapter since 2000.

Branko is recognized by APICS as: - Master Instructor for CPIM and CSCP, Lead Instructor for IDP, and Associate Instructor for CLTD.

Chaim Silberstein

Chaim is the president of C.S. Consulting Associates Inc. a Toronto based consulting firm, specializing in providing SCM education, consulting and fitness services.

Chaim is an APICS Master instructor for CPIM, CSCP, and Instructor Development Train The Trainer (TTT) and Learning Dynamics for Instructors (LDI).

He is an acknowledged expert and educator in the field of supply chain management (SCM) and has been speaking at conferences and conducting seminars and education programs for various APICS chapters and corporations around the globe. He also published numerous articles on these subjects.

Chaim possesses a unique combination of hands-on and consulting experience that enables him to provide value added assistance to his clients not only with the principles and techniques but also with the practical application and implementation. He has educated and helped transform many companies and improved their operations efficiencies and bottom line.

George E Stevens

George has over 25 years of experience as a practitioner and educator in supply chain management, ERP, warehouse management, JIT systems, lean manufacturing and industrial engineering across many companies and industries.

He has been involved as a practitioner and change agent in scheduling, production planning, inventory control, warehouse management, purchasing, industrial engineering, education and training.

George has worked with the Operations Management Education and Research Institute of Canada designing, developing and delivering entry level education in the field of operations and supply chain management.

Previously, George has held materials management positions in Tier 1 Automotive, Food Packaging, Automotive Aftermarket and Wire & Cable manufacturing. George has held Industrial engineering positions in Wire & Cable and Consumer Goods manufacturing. He also has provided retraining for unemployed individuals seeking entry level positions in materials handling & warehousing.

George is an authorized instructor for the Toronto Chapter of APICS and teaches frequently at organizations and community colleges in the areas of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, 5S, materials management, warehouse management, JIT, and operations management.
