Presentation Outline

Mindfulness is paying attention to present moment experiences with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with what is. It does not require special abilities to practice and, it is something we already know and experience.

The practice itself expands our capacity to meet challenges with balance, calm the nervous energy, and provide hope amidst the challenges of life. Traditionally called insight meditation or vipassana, which means, “to see things clearly,” mindfulness enables us to utilize inherent wisdom, thus, we can be resilient in the chaos and turmoil of life without breaking.

In this 60-minute workshop, you will learn the meaning and the basic concept of mindfulness. This knowledge and skill will help you navigate the current challenges such as stress and time management and client engagement with more clarity, balance and a sense of hope.

Join Jooli Park and develop your capacity to tap into your innate mindfulness and cultivate self-compassion for sustainable productivity and well-being.

In this workshop, you can learn about the basic concept and technique of evidence-based mindfulness practice. You will also learn about the science and benefits of mindfulness through a guided mental fitness exercise for stress and time management.
