Siva is a hands-on, dedicated professional with an in-depth understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations and technology, and their interrelationships. Strategic vision combined with tactical executions, Siva has a proven track record of delivering results for the past 12+ years.

Currently, Siva provides strategic roadmaps, project oversight and process excellence for customer engagements, while working with client executives and key technical leaders to deploy manufacturing and supply chain technology solutions to reduce cost, improve takt time, and enhance asset utilization. Siva has zeal towards operational improvements, data-driven process re-engineering, organizational change management, and new technology solutions.

Siva started his career in operations and progressively had leadership roles working across various functions that include process improvement, projects, and supply chain. He understood the power of technology and its applications in improving businesses and pivoted my career to understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

He is interested in solving complex problems in businesses by using technology as an enabler and by collaborating with the cross-functional team. Having worked both in the industry and technology sector, he has learned to empathize with customers, connect the dots, build and motivate teams, and forge strong partnerships to solve client problems.

Siva has significant experience engaging with executives at Fortune 500 organizations in North America and APAC. He has a background in engineering and management studies, along with people management and consulting skills developed over his career.
